HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Daher
Many citizens residing in the "Sport City" 2 subdivision in Sidi Brahim Oasis, near the Grand Stadium in Marrakech, who have subscription contracts with Orange for high-speed internet, were surprised that the company has not committed to connecting their homes to the network. This is not due to procrastination but because Orange does not have the necessary equipment and infrastructure for high-speed internet in the area.
Many affected citizens confirmed in contact with the newspaper that they had previously visited Orange commercial agencies and completed subscriptions. However, after more than three months, they are still without a connection, discovering that the "Sport City" 2 area in Sidi Brahim Oasis lacks the equipment and infrastructure for high-speed internet. This places the company under scrutiny. This situation prompts us to question the criteria adopted by Orange in dealing with its customers amidst a fierce race among the three telecommunications companies to attract new clients.
