The police elements in the Ain Chok security district in the city of Casablanca managed, on Tuesday morning, October 20th, to apprehend a minor aged 17, on suspicion of his involvement in a case related to assault and battery and possession of a bladed weapon in circumstances that pose a danger to persons and property.
The police services had opened a judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecution, following an incident where a person was subjected to assault and battery by the suspect. Part of these criminal acts was featured in a video clip published on social media networks, in which the individual in question appears threatening with a bladed weapon inside a commercial establishment.
The completed investigations and inquiries resulted in identifying the minor suspect and apprehending him. He was subjected to judicial investigation, which is being conducted under the supervision of the competent public prosecution, to uncover all circumstances, details, and background of this case, as well as to identify all criminal acts attributed to the individual in question.
