Beni Mellal… inspects rural drinking water supply projects

As part of the ongoing mobilization in the Beni Mellal region to address water stress and ensure the supply of drinking water, particularly to rural residents, the governor of the Beni Mellal-Khénifra region, Mr. Khatib Al-Habil, accompanied by several elected officials and heads of security services, carried out an inspection visit this Wednesday morning to a set of projects aimed at strengthening the supply of drinking water in several village communes in the Beni Mellal region.
The governor of the region inspected the projects carried out, namely:
-Build two water points and equip them with pumps and solar energy at the Zouaïr and Boukhima roundabouts in the Ouled Yaich territorial community, at a cost of approximately 2.2 million dirhams.
– Building three water wells and equipping them with pumps and solar energy at the Dahra 1 roundabout and the Day roundabout, while work is still underway at the Dahra 2 roundabout in the Ouled Moubarak local authority. At a total cost of 1.8 million dirhams;
– Construction of three water boreholes and equipping them with pumps and solar energy in the villages of Ait Alouane, Ait Shuaib and Ait Bogo, in the territorial community of Foum Oudi; At a total cost of 3.2 million dirhams;
– Construction of three water points and equipping them with pumps and solar energy in Douawir Ezz, Ait Al-Rawadi and Al-Rih, in the local community of Kataya; At a total cost of 2.2 million dirhams;
-Building two water points and equipping them with pumps and solar energy at the Al-Jufaina and Blanc Al-Rahil roundabouts in the Semket territorial community, at a cost of approximately 1.4 million dirhams.
