Berkane.. 5 people involved in a motorcycle theft arrested

The security services and the officers of the judicial police of Berkane were able to put an end to the increase in motorcycle thefts in the city, by arresting 05 people who used motorcycles to commit thefts.

The suspects were handed over to the judicial police, who had been under investigation for some time. This operation also comes after a number of complaints from citizens, the suspects having been found and arrested, before being confessed to committing theft offences.

The residents of Berkane appreciated the arrest process which is part of the participatory security approach and immediate response to residents’ complaints, so that they are referred to the competent public prosecutor’s office and brought to justice for the accused.
