A government council will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the head of government Aziz Akhannouch, indicates a press release from his department.
At the start of its work, the council will examine a draft law amending and supplementing the law on criminal procedure.
Subsequently, the council will consider two draft decrees, the first of which amends the decree establishing the “Betoya” export free zone and the second amends the decree establishing the “Tanger Automotive City” export free zone.
It will conclude its work by examining proposals for appointment to higher positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution, the press release states.
The government will hold a meeting at the end of the council’s work to examine certain proposed laws, according to the same source.
