Thursday weather: Rain showers expected in these areas

The General Directorate of Meteorology expects the weather to remain relatively warm in the far south and southeast of the country on Thursday.

Rain or thunderstorms are also expected in the northern High Atlas, the Middle Atlas, the eastern Rif and the eastern region.

The weather will be cloudy at times during the morning on the northern and central plains and on the Mediterranean coast, with light and scattered rain accompanied by thunder.

Fairly strong wind gusts are also expected on the central coasts, the eastern region, the south-east and the south.

Minimum temperatures will range between 24 and 30 degrees in the southeast and extreme south of the country, and between 20 and 23 degrees in Oued Moulouya, in the Gharb region, and in the plains west of the High Atlas and northwest of the desert regions of the Kingdom, and between 09 and 15 degrees in the High Atlas and the Middle and Eastern highlands, and it will be between 16 and 20 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom. As for daytime temperatures, they will increase in the center of the country, while they will decrease in the rest of the regions.

The sea will be calm to a little rough on the Mediterranean front, and a little rough on the Bugas, and a little rough on the rest of the coast.
