Increase in salaries for users of the “Laram” line

The union representation of Royal Airlines employees (the National University of Air Transport Workers, affiliated to the Moroccan Labor Union), announced that the financial and social file of the employees and executives of “LARAM” is in the process of being closed by the General Administration of Royal Airlines, after having concluded social agreements, according to which a set of material and social gains were achieved for the benefit of the employees, employees and managers of these companies.
These agreements included:
– A general increase in salaries for employees and executives of Royal Air Maroc Group companies, retroactive to June 2024, and these financial benefits will be paid in August 2024. (With reminder and net of taxes)
Increase salaries and scholarships, improve conditions for internal promotion, increase and optimize budgets allocated to social affairs, improve working conditions and strengthen health and safety conditions.
In addition to several other achievements, the union said that each union office of each company would detail them through communication with male and female employees.
