The meeting, which took place at the Cultural Complex, was chaired by the Regional Director, in the presence of the heads of departments of the management and the heads of educational establishments, and focused on the final preparations for the start of the 2024-2025 school year, as well as the sharing of data, developments and guidelines related to school entry.
Al-Saidi opened the meeting with a welcoming speech, praising the efforts made by all administrative and educational cadres of the educational institutions. He then made a detailed presentation including all the data, operations, developments and directives related to this stage of the academic year. The meeting was an opportunity to express all the questions and concerns, with which the regional director and heads of departments exchanged with them in more detail.
Al-Saeedi called on the administrative and educational cadres to engage effectively and seriously in this pivotal station, stressing that the period between the registration of teachers in educational institutions and the actual start of studies constitutes a favorable opportunity to improve the various processes and provisions related to the pedagogical entry position, especially those related to reception structures, social support programs and internal services of school restaurants and school transportation.
