Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of National Meteorology for today, Thursday, September 5, 2024:

– Thunderstorms accompanied by hail and gusts of wind on the Atlas and its neighboring western plains, the South-East and on the South of the Oriental.

– Partly cloudy skies over the North-East of the Saharan Provinces.

– Drizzle possible on the North and South Atlantic Coasts.

– Mist or fog in the morning and at night over the Atlantic Plains and the North-West of the Saharan Provinces.

– Fairly hot weather on the northern and central interior plains, the Moulouya valley, the South-East and in the interior of the Southern Provinces.

– Local dust blowing in the South and South-East.

– Fairly strong gusts of wind in the South of the Oriental, the Atlas, the South-East and the South Coasts.

– Minimum temperatures of around 12/19°C in the High and Middle Atlas and the Rif, 24/30°C in the extreme South-East and North-East of the Saharan Provinces and 17/23°C in the rest of the country.

– Daytime temperatures rising in the Northern and Central Plains and in the North of the Oriental.

– Calm to slightly rough seas in the Mediterranean and on the Strait, rough to strong between Cape Beddouza and Tarfaya and slightly rough to rough elsewhere.
