“The closing of the sale transaction by the Veolia group of its entire stake in Lydec to the Société Régionale Multiservices (SRM) Casablanca-Settat took place on September 4, 2024,” indicates a press release from Lydec published on Thursday on the website of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
As a result, the shareholders met in an Ordinary General Meeting to acknowledge the resignation of the members of the Board of Directors and the appointment of new shareholders, constituting the new Board of Directors, the same source said.
“Mr. Youssef Ettazi is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lydec. He will assume his duties as of September 4, 2024,” the press release concludes.
