“Bigidi” accuses the Ministry of Education of supporting homosexuality

The Justice and Development Party attacked Benmoussa’s ministry over a primary school textbook curriculum that featured images of a rainbow on the front page.

The Justice and Development Party accused the Minister of National Education, Primary Education and Sports, Chakib Benmoussa, of supporting “homosexuality” and demanded his withdrawal from the market.

The Justice and Development Party parliamentary group in the House of Representatives reported that MP Mustafa Al-Ibrahimi had sent a request to Benmoussa to “withdraw educational courses whose covers bear the colours of the homosexual flag.”

In a written question from the first room, Al-Ibrahimi considered that an elementary education program, entitled “My pleasure at the beginning of education”, circulating on the Moroccan market, bears the colors of homosexuals, in reference to the rainbow found on the book’s covers.
