A man in his sixties was killed by drowning in a water tank in one of the agricultural estates in the community of Afra, in the province of Nador.
According to well-informed sources, the arrested person was residing with his family in the Avra region, and has disappeared from sight since Thursday, September 12.
The accident mobilized members of the Royal Gendarmerie, Civil Defense and the local authority, who went to the scene of the accident, where the victim’s body was recovered and transported to the morgue of the Hassani regional hospital in Nador.
Thus, members of the Royal Gendarmerie opened an investigation to determine the causes and circumstances of his death on the orders of the competent public prosecutor.
