The French Embassy in Morocco announced, through an official video published on social networks, that a significant percentage of visa applications submitted by Moroccans are approved.
The embassy revealed that it receives around 1,200 visa applications daily, stressing that its work teams work around the clock to process the applications efficiently and quickly.
According to data provided by the embassy, 90 percent of applications are accepted, while only 10 percent are rejected.
During 2023, France granted more than 251,950 visas to Moroccan citizens, an acceptance rate of 81.3 percent.
This announcement comes at a time when Franco-Moroccan relations are experiencing a notable improvement, in a context of mutual efforts aimed at strengthening cooperation in multiple areas.
It is hoped that these policies will help facilitate the movement of people between the two countries, thereby strengthening economic, cultural and tourist ties.
