The new Mall located a few meters from the Atlantic Ocean near the Chbanates and El Menzah district will be large in scale and more impressive for both local influence, national and international tourism and to restore the image of the Kingdom of Morocco which is preparing to organize the CAN 2025 and the 2030 World Cup.
This broad appeal can play a determining role for the future thanks in particular to this enormous Emarati investment which knows how to choose the right path
In this context, Mr. Fadel Al Ali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Imkan Waterfront revealed that “The Mall du Carrousel goes far beyond the classic concept of a shopping center. It is a real living space where every detail has been thought of to offer an immersive and unique experience. By combining bold architecture with a refined art of living, we are creating an environment that enriches the city and redefines the standards of elegance.”
Rabat can only be proud of this great initiative which will fully enliven its spaces, especially since this open-air shopping center offers 30,000 m² of commercial spaces, a 2,400 m² multiplex cinema, 1,200 m² of entertainment spaces for children and a 4,300 m² catering area.
The ecological quality remains present since this center is surrounded by 7,000 m² of green spaces, and benefiting from 1,000 parking spaces, it combines shopping, entertainment and culinary discovery, in a soothing natural setting.
This project, which required an investment of more than 600 million Dirhams, brings together more than 100 brands.
Today we can only applaud with both hands this project which is so beneficial for not only Rabat but for all of Morocco.
