Last Wednesday, the Tunisian Transport Company received the third batch of used buses, numbering 75 buses, as part of an agreement between Tunisia and France for the acquisition of 300 used buses.
The Tunisian Transport Company should receive the fourth batch, which includes 56 used buses, next December.
These used buses will be put into service from the end of October and the total cost of these buses amounts to 170 million dinars.
The company indicated in a press release published by it that the acquisition of these buses constitutes a temporary solution to meet the growing demand given the low state of readiness of the current fleet of the Tunisian Transport Company, and pending the implementation of new acquisitions. according to a report published by the ministry.
