The official inauguration of this brand event will take place on October 17, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. at the Mohammadia School of Engineering – Rabat.
After a successful first edition in Paris, from October 23 to 28, 2023, followed by an event on September 20 and 21, 2024, the Kingdom of Morocco will host the second edition of Africa Solutions Week (SAS), which will take place from 17 to October 19, 2024 at Mohammed V University in Rabat. This is a historic moment, because it is the first time that SAS Africa has been held on the African continent, in Morocco.
Citizen initiative supported by the Notre Voix organization, this edition will take place under the theme “Media and entrepreneurs, accelerators of solutions for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals”. Africa Solutions Week will highlight a multitude of actors who, through their commitment, are working to improve our lives, our economies, our health and our environment.
This event will bring together solution actors at different levels around concrete initiatives – whether economic, social, ecological, educational or health – and inspiring, demonstrating Africa’s creativity and encouraging a wide audience to act through ‘inspiration.
In its official press release, the Notre Voix organization expresses its gratitude to the initiatives and commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco in favor of innovative entrepreneurship. It also highlights the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God help and protect him, who contributed to making Morocco the ideal choice for this event. Morocco, “a country of creativity and innovation, harmoniously combining tradition and modernity, offers an ideal setting to host SAS 2024, in an environment rich in culture, history and flavors,” concludes the press release.
