The Casablanca court sentences “Momo” to 4 months in prison

The Casablanca Criminal Court delivered its verdict this Tuesday in a case of false bomb threat.

The court sentenced radio host Mohamed Bousfiha, alias “Momo”, to 4 months in prison, while the two other people were sentenced to 3 months and 5 months in prison.

Momo is accused of defamation and dissemination of data he knows to be false, while the other two people are accused of fabricating a crime and defaming an organization.
