At the time of Eid al-Fitr, the Moroccan community residing in Italy, more precisely in the Marchenzi region, in the south of the country, drew the curtain on the holy month of Ramadan with all its kindness.
Like in other Islamic countries, in an atmosphere filled with breezes of joy and contentment, members of the community residing in this European country performed the Eid prayer, dressed in new clothes… where Muslims will perform the Eid prayer by imitating what was once prescribed by the true Islamic religion, and the Eid prayer was celebrated in the prayer hall in the city center, in the presence of the mayor of the city and the consul general of the Morocco in Naples. On this occasion, he gave a speech to the audience, during which he congratulated the members of the Moroccan community in Italy on this occasion.
Consul General Mohamed Khalil indicated that the celebration of Eid al-Fitr is an additional opportunity to strengthen the bonds of cohesion between the Moroccan community, on the one hand, and to strengthen the bonds of fraternity with the rest of the members. Muslim communities. In Italy, the spokesperson added, in an exclusive statement to the electronic newspaper Hiba Press, that the month of Ramadan Al-Fadil witnessed a distinctive religious framework for Moroccans in southern Italy, in accordance with the moderation and moderation well known to the Kingdom. which allowed the community to worship smoothly and in the best possible way. On the sidelines of this same devotional date, members of the Moroccan community, as well as those from many Islamic countries, gathered around collective breakfast tables organized on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
Returning from the Eid prayer, the crowds of Moroccan immigrants shook hands in a strong fraternal and friendly atmosphere, which shows to what extent the Moroccan communities residing in Italy cling to the customs and traditions of the religion Islamic and the consolidation of their principle of fraternity, solidarity and cooperation.
