The administrative court of the city of Marrakech today pronounced the dismissal of the president of the collective council Ben Jarir, accompanied by his second deputy, after the governor of the province of Rehamna filed a request for dismissal.
The Marrakech administration has issued a final decision to remove Bahia Youssoufi from membership and the presidency of the collective council, accompanied by her second deputy, Al-Hajjaj Mesaieed.
The judgment pronounced against the president of the Party Council of the Socialist Union of Popular Forces and her deputy from the Authenticity and Modernity Party comes after the referral of a case of imbalances by the governor of the region to the Administrative Court.
