Today Friday, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie of the territorial capital of Had Boumoussa, in cooperation with the Gendarmerie of Dar Ould Zidouh, Sariyat al-Faqih Ben Salah, arrested a man in his thirties wanted by justice for having an illicit relationship with his uncle’s wife, who gave birth to an illegitimate child. She is currently incarcerated in Beni Mellal prison.
According to informed sources, the arrest was based on precise information provided by members of the Royal Gendarmerie, since the accused was trying to flee to the town of Souq al-Sabt by taxi, approximately 15 days after the birth of the illegitimate child by his uncle’s wife, aged 35.
The suspect was transferred to the Boumoussa Gendarmerie Center to be investigated into the charges against him.
The accused was placed in notional custody pending the conclusion of the investigation, based on the instructions of the competent public prosecutor, with a view to his appearance in court for trial.
