Morocco records 17 COVID-19 cases, no deaths

Morocco recorded 17 Covid-19 cases on Saturday, raising the total of cases since the beginning of the outbreak to 1.264.779

The kingdom has not reported any Covid-19-related death in the past 24 hours.

As of Sunday, the ministry of health reported a total of 16,277 people who died from Covid-19.

Morocco continues to bid on its national vaccination campaign, in an effort to contain the spread of the coronavirus.

According to the ministry’s latest tally, 24.901.057 people received their first Covid-19 vaccine shot, while 23.395.292 were fully inoculated.

Morocco has also administered a total of 6.789.250 booster shots, as of Sunday, and 46.340 4th booster jabs.
