The management of Raja Athletic Club announced the decisions it took after a series of emergency meetings, in light of the negative results suffered by the team this season at local and continental level.
An official club statement said Hafeez Abdel Sadiq was appointed assistant coach to Portuguese coach Ricardo Sabinto, as a first step towards improving the team’s conditions. The office also confirmed its intention to recruit a new sporting director to replace Adel Baqili, with the aim of strengthening the team’s ranks with new players in Al-Khasas’ centers.
The office said it continues to work to lift the penalty related to the ban on assignments during the upcoming winter transfer period locally and internationally.
At the end of the communication, the office announced the organization of a communication meeting with the members of the club in the coming days, to discuss ways to overcome the crisis the team is going through.
It should be noted that Raja Club is going through a difficult period due to the decline in results, which has caused a state of anger among the club’s supporters, who have demanded radical changes to improve the situation.
