Heba Press – Muhammad Zaruh
In coordination with the General Directorate of National Dirt Control, the elements of the regional authority of the judicial police of the city of Nador, in coordination with the interests of the Directorate General for National Surveate of Dirt, managed to carry out a qualitative security operation, which led to the seizure of a ton and 27 kilograms of Al-Shira drugs and the stop of six people.
This intervention is involved in continuous efforts to combat international drug smuggling networks.
The suspects were attacked inside the cities of Al -Arwi, Silwan, Bani Ansar and Farkhana, where they were taken in a port state while preparing to carry out drug trafficking across the border.
The surveys revealed that the people involved depended on modified cars with secret cavities to hide drugs and facilitate their crossing without raising suspicion.
In the context of this operation, the security teams carefully inspected, which led to seven cars, as well as to the devices and materials used in canned and envelopment drugs, as well as a significant sum of money, suspected of being one of the income obtained from this criminal activity.
The process of conducting detainees in the national security database has also shown that two of them constitute the subject of national research notes, due to their involvement in similar cases.
The initial data indicate that this network extends its activities in several cities, which improves the hypothesis of its connection with international smuggling networks.
In the context of carrying out the research, all suspects were submitted to investigation procedures under the supervision of the competent prosecutor, in order to reveal the rest of the possible extensions for this criminal activity, and to identify all the persons involved in this network, in preparation to take the necessary legal measures against them.
