Weather: Hot weather

Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of National Meteorology for today Thursday May 30, 2024:

– Hot weather over the interior plains and the South-East and quite hot over the Oriental and the interior of the Southern Provinces.

– Scattered floods and isolated thunderstorms in the Middle and High Atlas and the Eastern High Plateaux, overflowing at night towards the Central Plains.

– Local drizzle on the coasts between Sidi-Ifni and Tarfaya.

– Low clouds and misty formations, in the morning and at night, over the Atlantic Plains and the Mediterranean Shore.

– Local dust removal in the South and South-East.

– Gusts of wind locally quite strong in the Tangier region, the Oriental, the Atlas and the Central Plains.

– Minimum temperatures of around 11/17° C on the Atlas, 22/27° in the extreme South-East, 19/23° on Tadla, the South-Eastern slopes, the Phosphate plateaus and of Oulmès, Saïs and the South of the Rif and 13/20° everywhere else.

– Maximum temperatures rising over a large part of the Kingdom.

– Beautiful to slightly rough seas on the Mediterranean, slightly rough to rough seas on the Strait and along the Atlantic Coast.
