Rashid Al-Khalfi, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, confirmed that public forces initiated on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, in a number of regions of the Kingdom, a series of operations and systematic interventions aimed at preserving public security and order.
Al-Khalfi explained that some of these forms of protest witnessed a dangerous escalation that undermined public security and order, after they turned into violent gatherings in which a group of people used white weapons, Molotov cocktails, and stone-throwing. These events, up to last night, resulted in injuries to 263 members of the public forces with varying degrees of severity, and 23 other people, including a case that required medical follow-up in Oujda, in addition to setting fire and causing serious damage to 142 vehicles belonging to the public forces and 20 private cars.
