HIBAPRESS – Ahmed Al-Musaid
Based on her deep belief in the importance of digitalization, Sanaa Efash, a business pioneer and executive director, is a model of a Moroccan woman who builds bridges between France and Morocco, benefiting from her field experience and strategic vision to promote inclusion and development.
Sanaa Efash was born in Nancy, France in 1973, and comes from a family with roots in Oujda and Nador in the eastern region of Morocco. This dual connection established in her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities between the two shores. After obtaining a degree in Arts and Foreign Languages from the University of Paul Valéry in Montpellier, she enhanced her academic path with a master's degree in strategic management from the E.M Lyon school, and an executive master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the Sorbonne.
For more than 20 years, Efash has dedicated her professional career as a commercial officer for international markets, specializing in supporting the digital transformation of regions and adopting new technologies. This practical experience, intertwined with her early commitment to unions and political and associative organizations, has made her a strong advocate for inclusive and comprehensive digitalization in the service of all.
Sanaa Efash founded the ITVille initiative in 2020, with the support of Bruno Bonnell, with the aim of promoting inclusion in regions and popular neighborhoods.
In 2023, she launched her company SIYA ACT in Morocco, which specializes in accompanying investors and developing technological projects in Africa, thus becoming a platform for international cooperation and joint development.
Embodying her commitment to Moroccan youth, in 2025 she launched the KIFFACH: Impact Around Morocco (IAM) initiative, a national tour aimed at encouraging access to digitalization, entrepreneurship, and innovation among young people.
Also considered an ambassador of influence and a supporter of women, as a partner in media and television platforms such as "Ça va Connecter" and "Let's Connect Africa", Sanaa Evah contributes to highlighting the stories of entrepreneurs, diaspora initiatives, and projects that are making a positive change.
Since May 2025, Sanaa Efash has held the position of ambassador for the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region, where she works to highlight emerging talents and contribute to the international influence of the region through partnerships, digital education, and continuous support for female entrepreneurship.
She is also an activist and volunteer in the organization "Moroccan Entrepreneurs" (Maroc Entrepreneurs) since January 2025, and pays special attention to the initiatives of the Moroccan community, with an intensive focus on supporting women and youth in situations of isolation.
Today, Sanaa Efash's initiatives are manifested in her endeavor to make Morocco an indispensable regional center for investment and innovation in Africa, and to build clear bridges between the two continents, ensuring that every project between France and Morocco is a lever for joint and comprehensive development.
