The “Iplages” application for informing the general public in real time, in order to communicate the monitoring results on a regular basis and provide all useful information on the beaches.

It should be recalled that the number of beaches subject to surveillance under this program increased from 79 in 2003 to 196 beaches according to the 2024 report. The results of the surveillance campaigns in June 2024 showed that 198 beaches (97% of the beaches monitored) are compliant compared to only 5 non-compliant beaches.
