Yesterday, Monday, the judicial police of the Sidi Youssef security area referred a married woman and her lover to the attention of the King's Attorney at the Court of First Instance of the city, who were previously caught red-handed in the act of adultery, involving both parties, resulting in an illegitimate child.
In addition, the representative of the Public Prosecution decided to place the person concerned and her lover in Al-Odaya prison, pending their appearance before the Criminal Chamber of the Court of First Instance of Marrakech.
The order of detention issued by the King's Attorney came due to the seriousness of the actions attributed to the two parties, according to what the judicial police investigations revealed, as the person concerned has a child from her legal husband, and also has a son from her lover, and the lover's wife's waiver did not intercede to grant him freedom according to custom.
