HIBAPRESS- I. Al-Samlali
Following the adoption by the UN Security Council of the UN resolution that renewed its support for the autonomy initiative under Moroccan sovereignty, a wave of pride and elation swept social media, with a number of Moroccan artists expressing their happiness with this new diplomatic victory for the Kingdom, affirming in one voice: "The Sahara is Moroccan and will remain Moroccan until God inherits the earth and those on it."
Laila El-Hadoui was among the first to congratulate, as she posted a picture of the Moroccan flag on her "Instagram" account, accompanied by a touching comment in which she said: "Morocco in its Sahara until God inherits the earth and those on it." As for the singer Slim Krveta, he chose to direct a strong message to his audience, as he posted a clip from his song about the Moroccan Sahara, while the star Abdelhafid Douzi preferred to celebrate in the midst of the people, where he went down to the street carrying the national flag, sharing moments of joy with citizens who raised national slogans and chanted their love for Morocco and its territorial integrity. The interaction of these artists and others was not merely an emotional expression, but rather an embodiment of the deep sense of belonging that brings together Moroccans from all groups around the issues of their homeland. In this scene, it appears once again that Moroccans, from north to south, and from their stars to their audience, agree on one word without disagreement: Morocco in its Sahara, and the Sahara in its Morocco.
