King Mohammed VI congratulates the Mauritanian President on his re-election

King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses his warm congratulations and sincere wishes for health, happiness and long life to Mr. Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, wishing him every success in his missions in the service of the brotherly Mauritanian country and people, so that he may achieve his aspirations for progress, prosperity and overall development.

On this occasion, the King reaffirms his firm determination to work together with the Mauritanian Head of State to move forward in strengthening and developing the distinguished cooperative relations that exist between the two neighboring countries, and to elevate them to the level of a “model partnership” that embodies the strength of the bonds of fraternity and solidarity uniting the two brotherly peoples and meets their common ambitions.
