HIBAPRESS – Abdellatif Baraka
As part of the implementation of the high royal directives, the Minister of National Territory Planning and Urban Development, Fatima Zahra Al-Mansouri, launched yesterday, Tuesday, December 2nd, the second edition of the construction caravan in the rural commune of Mechraa El Ain in Taroudant province.
The caravan aims to reduce spatial disparities and achieve territorial justice by providing technical and architectural services to citizens in villages. These services include providing architectural designs, assistance in building permit applications, and support for housing programs such as "Al Omrane Group". A new agreement was also signed, in the presence of the Wali Amazazi, the governor of Taroudant Mabrouk, and elected officials, to enhance architectural support in rural areas, providing engineering and topographic designs for citizens. The caravan targets 118 rural communes and reaches more than 1.5 million people, and also targets the reconstruction of villages affected by the earthquake, such as the village of Ait Maala and the village of Agadir Al-Jami. Through this initiative, the ministry seeks to improve living conditions in the villages, and enhance trust between citizens and the local administration.
