HIBAPRESS reports that the General Directorate of Meteorology expects snowfall and heavy rainfall, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms, from tomorrow, Friday, to next Sunday in a number of regions of the Kingdom.
The Directorate, in an orange alert bulletin, explained that snowfall (starting from 1400 meters) of 30 to 50 cm is expected in the provinces of Midelt, Ouarzazate and Tinghir, and from 10 to 30 cm in the provinces of Ifrane, Boulemane, Beni Mellal, Azilal, Al Haouz and Taroudant, from tomorrow, Friday, at twelve noon to next Sunday at six in the morning. The same source added that heavy rainfall, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms, is also expected in the provinces of Tiznit, Tan-Tan, Guelmim, Sidi Ifni and Tarfaya, from tomorrow, Friday, at twelve noon to the day after tomorrow, Saturday, at six in the morning.
