It added that the management of Joan Laporta relies on a clear strategy based on attracting young European talents, in light of the significant increase in the prices of first-class stars within the Old Continent, which makes investing in rising players a practical option that guarantees the club competitiveness without harming its financial balance. The sports management, through this approach, seeks to create a balance between the current performance of the team and the gradual construction of a strong group for the future, especially since the club has experienced a difficult financial situation in recent years, forcing it to look for alternative solutions to maintain its continental position.
