Yesterday Tuesday, an attempted escape by a motorcyclist caused various injuries to a police officer on a bicycle, requiring his transfer to the emergency room of the Mohammed V regional hospital to receive the necessary first aid.
Local sources said the bicycle policeman attempted to stop the CH motorcycle driver and his companion in the Rumailat area after the latter refused to comply.
The sources added that the motorcycle driver deliberately drove at an insane speed, threatening the safety of passers-by, before colliding with the police officer and another car, causing injuries to him and the security guard.
