Elements of the Seventh Security District in Marrakech managed, last Friday night, to arrest a drug dealer in the Al-Mohammadi Al-Dawdiat district, caught in possession of a quantity of hallucinogenic pills and hashish prepared for distribution.
The arrest operation took place after a thorough tracking of the main suspect's movements, where he was arrested in possession of 60 hallucinogenic pills, and pieces of hashish prepared for distribution, in addition to a sum of money obtained from the sale of the prohibited substances.
The detainee was taken to the district headquarters in order to write up the arrest and seizure report, and placed under the provisions of custody by order of the competent public prosecutor's office, pending the completion of investigations to reveal the remaining potential extensions of this illegal activity.
