A minor died in a horrific traffic accident that occurred Tuesday evening on the road linking Beni Ansar and the port and the occupied city of Melilla, while attempting to sneak onto a truck in the direction of irregular migration.
The accident led to serious injuries to his body, which necessitated his transfer to Al-Hassani Hospital in Nador in critical condition. A medical source clarified that the minor, who was trying to climb onto one of the passing trucks, lost his balance and fell heavily to the ground. His injuries were very serious, which made attempts to save him impossible, and he passed away hours after arriving at the hospital, affected by the complications of the accident. According to available sources, the minor fell heavily while attempting to sneak onto the truck, resulting in multiple fractures and bruises to his body, which required rapid intervention from civil protection men to transfer him to Al-Hassani Hospital in Nador. Police elements and authorities from Beni Ansar attended the scene of the accident, where the area was secured and the incident was documented, and the necessary legal procedures were taken regarding the accident, while the injured person was transferred as quickly as possible to receive the required health care.
