HIBAPRESS – Fikri Ouldali
As part of consolidating the policy of proximity and strengthening direct communication with the population, the Governor of Al Hoceima province, Fouad Haji, this Saturday morning, conducted a field visit that included the communes of Issaguen, Ketama, Moulay Ahmed Cherif, and Tamsaout, in order to closely examine the social and service conditions in these areas, and to monitor the various constraints facing the local population.
The Governor was accompanied during this visit by a number of territorial officials, where he was received by the heads of the concerned communes, in addition to local elected officials, civil society activists, and notables of the region. The visit took on a communicative and interactive character, as the Governor was keen to listen directly to the complaints and aspirations of the citizens, especially those related to the health and education sectors, which are experiencing shortages in resources and services, as well as the problem of supplying drinking water to a number of douars, which constitutes an urgent demand for the population. This visit falls within the framework of a series of field tours that the Governor of Al Hoceima province is undertaking in various territorial communes, with the aim of a precise diagnosis of the local situation, strengthening coordination between various actors, and working to find practical and sustainable solutions that respond to the needs of the population and contribute to improving their living conditions.
