The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for Wednesday, the occurrence of rain or thunderstorms in the northern and central Atlantic plains, the Atlas, the Rif, the east of the country, the Souss region, the phosphate and Oulmes plateaus, as well as the northwest of the Saharan provinces of the Kingdom.
Snowfall is also expected on the peaks of the High and Middle Atlas Mountains and the Rif, with somewhat strong wind gusts in the High and Middle Atlas Mountains and locally in the eastern region. The minimum temperatures will range between 06 – and 01 – degrees in the Atlas Mountains, between 00 and 04 degrees in the Rif and the southeast of the country and the eastern high plateaus, between 12 and 16 degrees near the coasts, and between 07 and 12 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom. Temperatures during the day will rise slightly in the east of the country, the southeast and the Rif, while they will decrease in the central coasts, the Souss region, the Anti-Atlas and the northeast of the southern provinces, and will remain unchanged in the rest of the regions. The sea will be calm to slight turbulence on the Mediterranean front, slight turbulence to agitated in the Strait of Gibraltar, and agitated to very agitated between Larache and Tarfaya, and slight turbulence to agitated on the rest of the coasts.
