In a surprising development, "HIBAPRESS" has learned from its own sources that the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Azzedine El Midaoui, has received an administrative challenge regarding a hiring competition for an associate professor in media and digital communication at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, affiliated with Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra.
The challenge came as a result of a strong suspicion about the breach of the principles of neutrality and equal opportunity in conducting the competition.

On the other hand, the candidates who showed great academic qualifications in the field of media and digital communication and who had no connections with the members of the competition committee, found themselves out of the race, despite obtaining the full academic requirements. This discrepancy in treatment raises questions about the fairness of this competition.
Following this potential scandal, a formal investigation was opened by the competent ministry to scrutinize the scoring results and verify the committee's adherence to the standards of integrity and transparency during the various stages of the competition. The investigation aims to review the way decisions were made and the winning candidate was selected.
