The Abu Haishen area, belonging to the Ait Youssef Ou Ali commune in Al Hoceima province, was shaken this Tuesday, January 6th, by the discovery of a man's body under circumstances described as mysterious, where the body was found in an advanced stage of decomposition.
Local sources indicated that the family members of the deceased remained at the scene for more than seven hours, awaiting the arrival of the judicial identification team of the Royal Gendarmerie, in order to carry out the necessary legal procedures, including examining the body and opening an investigation to determine the causes of death and uncover its circumstances. The same sources added that the delay in the intervention of the competent authorities caused a state of anxiety and resentment among the family members and the residents of the area, who expressed their demands to speed up the intervention in such cases, due to the deep psychological and humanitarian effects it leaves behind.
