The Government Council approved, on Friday, draft decree No. 2.25.1105 concerning the establishment of fees for the services provided by the Legal Information Publication Center under the Ministry of Justice, which was presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, the official government spokesperson, on behalf of the Minister of Justice.
This project comes in light of the increasing role played by the center in publishing and updating legal information, by making digital databases available and developing electronic platforms that ensure regular and organized access to legislative and regulatory texts and legal documents. The decree aims to define the services that can be subject to fees, enabling the center to enhance its capabilities and carry out its assigned tasks in a way that contributes to improving the performance of the justice system.
