HIBAPRESS – Ksar El Kebir
In a scene reflecting the level of concern in the city of Ksar El Kebir, a number of residents and merchants were forced to erect temporary barriers of brick and cement in front of the entrances to their homes and shops, in an attempt to prevent floodwaters from seeping inside.
This precautionary step comes in light of the exceptional floods that the region is experiencing, where the water level has risen unprecedentedly, prompting the people to rely on innovative means to protect their property and avoid potential financial losses.

This situation reflects the state of public mobilization in the city, awaiting the receding of the water and wider interventions to limit the repercussions of these difficult climatic conditions.
