HIBAPRESS – Rabat
In accordance with the provisions of Article 148 of the Constitution, the Parliament, in its two chambers, held a joint public session today dedicated to the presentation of a report by Zineb El Adloui, the First President of the Supreme Council of Accounts, on the council's work for the years 2024-2025.
During this session, El Adloui stated that the financial courts received 3462 complaints in the last two years, a figure that reflects the increasing recourse of citizens and actors to institutional oversight mechanisms. The First President of the Supreme Council of Accounts explained that these complaints concerned various areas related to the management of public finances and the administration of public facilities, confirming that the financial courts deal with them according to precise procedures that ensure seriousness and objectivity, while ensuring the study of files that meet the legal requirements.
