HIBAPRESS – Settat Office
The regional office of the National Union of Educational Administrators in Settat, affiliated with the Free University of Education under the umbrella of the General Union of Workers in Morocco, held a meeting with the regional director of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool Education, and Sports in Settat, "Abdelali Saidi," to discuss a set of issues concerning the educational administration staff in the region.
The delegation of the Free University of Education, headed by the regional secretary of the Free University of Education, "Othman Saloumi," presented a set of constraints that have become a burden on the educational administration staff, with tasks increasing day by day and far from the original tasks of the educational administrator, including finding a solution to the problem of transporting and delivering everything related to leading educational institutions, such as notebooks and equipment, as well as filling out the form for the rates of control of basic competencies in leading institutions. It was agreed to address the technical operations after the relevant department in the regional directorate communicated with the concerned institutions. The members of the regional office of the educational administrators affiliated with the Free University of Education in Settat, in the presence of its chairman, "Tawfiq Maqbool," also questioned the criteria for selecting leading institutions for the next year, calling for the determination of reasonable and acceptable compensation for the administrative staff involved in implementing extended support for the current academic year and disbursing the second and final installment of institutional support entitlements for the benefit of the heads of leading primary educational institutions for the past academic year. It was agreed to disburse the second installment upon receipt of the order to pay, with a promise of an increase in value during the current academic season, while emphasizing the need to disburse the educational support entitlements to the heads of secondary educational institutions for the past academic year, demanding compensation for the general supervisors who were appointed in primary schools, with the need to address the technical problems in the "Massar" system for forming extended support groups and recording the results of post-tests by extended support teachers, with the need to create an icon for exporting and importing lists for recording the results of post-tests in the dedicated program, as well as addressing the imbalances in the management of permits and absences "Messir," by approving the immediate regional directorate on medical certificates. The members of the regional office also stressed the need to resume the regional program to replace classrooms from prefabricated construction after their inability to provide attractive spaces to receive students, drawing attention through a statement, a copy of which was received by HIBAPRESS, to the problem of the lack of communication of officials, supervisors, and representatives of the "Zakoura Foundation for Preschool Education" with the heads of educational institutions, calling for addressing this situation.
