The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for tomorrow, Saturday, that the weather in general will be characterized by rain and thunderstorms in Tangier, Loukkos, Rif and the Gharb region.
Other rains will also affect Sais, the Atlas Mountains, and their adjacent western plains, and the Atlantic plains extending north of Safi, and the north of the eastern region. Snowfall is also expected in the High and Middle Atlas Mountains starting from 1800 meters, and the Rif starting from 1500 meters, with the recording of somewhat strong to strong wind gusts in Tangier, the northern Atlantic plains, the Rif, Sais, the Atlas Mountains, and the eastern region. Minimum temperatures will range between minus 04 and 02 degrees in the Atlas Mountains, between 01 and 06 degrees in the Rif, the High Plateaus, and the eastern slopes of the Atlas Mountains, between 13 and 17 degrees in the far south, and between 07 and 11 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom. As for the temperatures during the day, they will see a slight rise in most areas of the country. The sea will be slightly choppy to rough on the Mediterranean front, very rough to very strong on the Strait of Gibraltar, and locally rough to strong east of the Strait of Gibraltar. It will also be very rough to very rough between Cape Spartel and Essaouira, strong to very strong between Essaouira and Tan-Tan, and slightly choppy to rough between Tarfaya and Laayoune, and rough to strong on the rest of the Atlantic coasts.
