The village of Laqli'a, belonging to the commune of Oulad Hussein, witnessed an urgent field intervention by the regional authorities yesterday, Friday, where the Governor of Sidi Slimane personally supervised the process of transferring the affected residents via inflatable boats, towards the center of Tihli, within the framework of emergency measures aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens and protecting them from potential risks.
The Governor of the region arrived at the scene and monitored the various stages of the evacuation process, ensuring the provision of appropriate conditions for the transfer of the affected families, and closely following their conditions, in a step that reflects the regional authorities' keenness to interact quickly and effectively with exceptional situations. The operation was carried out in close coordination between the various relevant interests, including local authorities, civil defense elements, and auxiliary forces, where the necessary logistical capabilities were harnessed to ensure the transfer of residents in safe and organized conditions. In separate statements to HIBAPRESS, the affected residents expressed their appreciation for the efforts made, and for the special care they received, praising the personal presence of the Governor of the region and his direct supervision of the process, and the strict directives that accompanied this to ensure the safety of everyone and provide the necessary support. This intervention comes in the context of implementing strict instructions aimed at placing the safety of citizens at the heart of the priorities, and the field and humanitarian dealing with various emergency situations, which enhances confidence in the work of the authorities and confirms their readiness to intervene when necessary.
