HIBAPRESS – Agadir
A new program was launched in the Souss-Massa region, which was announced to support the growth of 100 companies, in a move that aims to strengthen the local economic fabric and support small and emerging companies, cooperatives and self-employed entrepreneurs, considering them as a major engine for creating job opportunities and stimulating investment in the region.
This program comes in partnership between a number of institutional and economic stakeholders at the regional level, in the context of seeking to improve the working conditions of companies and helping them overcome the constraints they face, especially those related to financing, marketing, and access to markets. The mentoring path extends for a full year, where the selected entrepreneurs benefit from practical training courses in the areas of financial management, business model development, and digital marketing, in addition to individual mentoring by experts, and accompaniment in the search for financing and benefiting from available support programs. The program also provides technical and administrative support to participating companies, including assistance in legal and regulatory procedures, protecting trademarks, and respecting quality standards, in addition to integrating them within a network of professional relationships to encourage partnerships and exchange opportunities. This project targets companies located in the various provinces and prefectures of the Souss-Massa region, provided that they have accumulated experience of no less than two years of activity, and that they demonstrate a real potential for expansion and creating local added value. Those in charge of the program are betting on enabling companies to move to a more professional stage in management and expansion, which will positively reflect on the regional economy and enhance the dynamism of investment and job opportunities.
