The British King Charles III issued an official statement after the arrest of his brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor this Thursday morning against the backdrop of suspicion of misconduct in his public office, linked to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
The British King comments with concern on the arrest of his brother Andrew in the Epstein scandal. The statement read: "I have learned with deep concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and the suspicion of misconduct in public office… What follows now is the complete, fair and sound process through which this matter is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the competent authorities. He added, "In this, as I have said before, they have our full and complete support and cooperation. Let me state clearly: The law must take its course. As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue our duty and service to you all." British media reports stated that six unmarked police vehicles arrived at Wood Farm, Sandringham, less than an hour after monitoring, where Andrew is temporarily residing within the King's estate. The reports said: "Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was detained by the police on suspicion of committing inappropriate behavior in his public office." According to reports, the British police are also discussing with the public prosecutors an investigation into reports that King Charles III's brother, Andrew, secretly sent British government documents to Epstein.
