The Criminal Court in Ain Sebaa decided today, Monday, February 23, 2026, to postpone the consideration of the case of activist Zineb Khroubi to the session of March 9, 2026.
The concerned person is being prosecuted while on probation for the crime of incitement to commit misdemeanors by electronic means, in accordance with Article 299/1 of the Penal Code, after she was presented on February 13, 2026, before the Public Prosecutor at the same court. Khroubi was arrested on February 12, 2026, at Menara Airport, after arriving from France, before being transferred to the National Brigade of Judicial Police in Casablanca to conduct the necessary investigations with her, against the backdrop of posts attributed to her as an activist within the Zed youth.
