The Ar-Rahman Mosque in the Spanish city of Elche witnessed the presence of Moroccan international Abdessamad Ezzalzouli during the nights of the blessed month of Ramadan to perform Taraweeh prayers, in a special visit that left a good impression on the worshipers, especially the youth.
The Real Betis Spanish club player received a warm welcome from the mosque's attendees, who expressed their happiness at meeting him in an atmosphere filled with reverence. A number of young people gathered around Ezzalzouli after the prayer to take souvenir photos, in moments that reflected their love for him and their pride in his football career. A number of worshipers confirmed that the presence of a prominent sports star to perform Taraweeh prayers inside the mosque constitutes a positive message for the youth, and reinforces the values of religious commitment and connection to identity, noting that such initiatives leave a good echo within the community. For his part, Ezzalzouli showed great humility and remarkable interaction with the attendees, as he exchanged greetings with them and was keen to take photos spontaneously, in a scene that reflects his morals and his spirit close to the public.
